The motor industry journey started back in 2006 for James, the founder of HWS, since then he has worked with 7+ leading car manufactures as a warranty executive, completing manufacture training and gaining certification. Previously working as a technician in a busy workshop, moving onto to parts & service departments including Aftersales Manager with 4 brands, he has gained the required experience to manage warranty processing to a high standard. Understanding the diagnostic & repair process ensures maximum time claimed for repairs while carefully following the manufacturer’s warranty & repair guidelines.

With our extensive experience, we can work with your warranty administrator on claim building & submission or offer a complete warranty claim submission service to ensure maximum value. In smaller dealerships the service manager may process warranty claims, they may not have the time to ensure claims are fully processed or maximum time allowed to claim is actually claimed. Sometime this may lead to a backlog of unclaimed jobs which may expire and become unclaimable.
